The 2010 UMECRA Convention and Annual Meeting will be held in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, at the Olympia Resort and Spa on January 22, 23 with departure on the 24^th.  The room will be offered for the cost of $99.00 per night for Single and Double occupancy, and 109.00 per night for Triple and Quadruple Occupancy.  Room reservations can be made using the following toll free number:  1-800-558-9573.

 

Saturday Night banquet will be held at the Olympia.  The cost of the banquet is $31.20 per person, including Tax and Gratuity.  The Banquet will consist of a two entrée Buffet dinner.  A Pizza Buffet will also be offered for those under the age of 16 only.  It will include a selection of Pizzas, a salad bar and soft drinks.  The cost of the Pizza Buffet is $14.95, including Tax and Gratuity.

 

Check in at the convention will be Friday, January 22.  There will be a light Hors D’oeuvres reception on Friday evening, 8:00 – 10:00, and will include a Cash Bar.
