Jan Scott Family Award 2009

The Jan Scott Family Award was donated by the Dale Scott family in memory of Jan who died in a fall from her horse while on a conditioning ride near their home.  Jan and her boys, Kyle and Wade, were a familiar trio at the rides.  After Jan's death, Dale picked up the slack and rode with the boys until they were well into their teens.

The family receiving this award is supposed to take care of getting the engraving done and placing their names and year on the traveling trophy.  The Mowrer family also donates an award that the family is able to keep.

The family who accumulates the most points in competitive, endurance, or a combination thereof.
